Lone Hill Management Corporation

Lone Hill Management Corporation is a management and holding company. We own and oversee a small group of operating businesses and provide each of them with the shared back-office services they need to focus on their customers.

Chad grew up on the jobsite as the son of a general contractor. He learned the trades by doing the work, then learned to run it: managing crews, subcontractors and owners to deliver on quality, cost and schedule at the same time.

His project experience runs from residential new construction, extensive remodels and foundation work to steel shops and storage buildings, airplane hangars and mega-churches.

Since founding Resicomp in 1995, he has also led on the program side of the building industry. He has performed energy ratings and quality assurance review, directed a multi-state building energy code training program, and spent fifteen years at a large public power utility across energy efficiency program evaluation, grid modernization pilots and resource planning, partnering with investor-owned utilities, public utilities and government agencies to design and deliver programs at scale.

That combination is how Lone Hill runs its companies: the judgment of someone who has done the work, and the discipline of someone who has managed large, multi-party programs to a standard.
